Trump REFUSES to STEP DOWN as Congress VOTES Emergency REMOVAL

In a historic turn of events that rattled American politics in December 2025, the U.S. Congress officially initiated its harshest measures to remove Donald Trump from office. However, beneath the ballots lies a stark reality: the constitutional checks and balances established by the Founding Fathers are at risk of becoming “paper tigers” in the face of a President who steadfastly refuses to yield.

On December 11, 2025, a seismic event occurred that was largely overshadowed by Mr. Trump’s own fiery posts on Truth Social. 140 members of the House of Representatives voted in favor of articles of impeachment aimed at removing Donald Trump from the presidency.

These were not vague allegations. Resolution H.Res 353, introduced by Representative Al Green, included seven specific articles of impeachment: ranging from obstruction of justice and abuse of commercial and war powers to violations of the First Amendment and corruption. Lawmakers accused Trump of “declaring war on the Constitution” by unilaterally imposing tariffs without Congressional consent, freezing federal funds for opposing states, and weaponizing the Department of Justice to target political rivals.
