White House Border Czar Tom Homan is signaling a hard pivot from defense to offense as the Trump administration confronts escalating anti-ICE unrest across the country.
During an appearance on Fox News’ The Ingraham Angle, Homan laid out a plan to expose individuals who cross the line from protest into criminal interference with federal immigration enforcement.
Homan said a database is being created to track those arrested for impeding, interfering with, or assaulting ICE officers during enforcement operations.
According to Homan, those individuals will no longer be shielded by anonymity once they commit crimes.
He told host Laura Ingraham that those arrested will be publicly identified so their employers, schools, and communities are aware of their actions.

He also suggested that some protesters misrepresent their activities to employers while engaging in unlawful conduct.
Homan emphasized that protest remains legal, but interference with federal officers constitutes a felony under U.S. law.
He said the administration is committed to pushing back against what he described as misleading media narratives about ICE operations.
Homan stated that roughly 70 percent of individuals arrested during ICE enforcement actions have criminal records.
He said the administration plans to emphasize that statistic publicly to counter claims that ICE is indiscriminately targeting families or children.
Homan rejected media claims that ICE routinely conducts operations in schools, churches, or hospitals, calling such reports false.
Tensions escalated further after an anti-ICE protest disrupted a Sunday worship service at Cities Church in St. Paul, Minnesota.
Video footage showed activists entering the sanctuary, chanting slogans, and forcing the service to stop.
The U.S. Department of Justice later confirmed it opened a civil rights investigation into the incident under the federal FACE Act.
Assistant Attorney General Harmeet Dhillon stated that the investigation centers on potential interference with the constitutional right to religious worship.
